The Jumper Mule

oooo I worked on this on and off for 2 weeks. Dont know how much time spent in all but I'm not really happy with it.. this is my entry for *abosz007's Jumper show.

Ben backed Dapper from his trailer, the Mule's huge ears were turning like sonar, picking up all the sounds of his first show. as his last hoof hit the grass he spun around, the whites of his eyes showing and his nostrils flaring. "Easy buddy, take a look around. The first of many shows my friend!" Ben crooned, trying to calm his mule. "C'mon, lets get you ready!" he lead Dapper over and tacked him, mounting him there and heading towards the arena with Lacey. "Think he's ready?" she question. "Of course he is, don't second guess him. We trained hard for this, I'm sure we can do it." he gave her a calm smile and she relaxed. The loudspeaker boomed his number and name, and he sat tall in his saddle. "Here's your chance to show everyone what the Cappes Mule can do." Ben whispered, shaking his wrists before gathering his reins. They entered the ring and flew over the first fence with ease. Ben patted Dapper and smiled as he pointed him to the next fence. "See, just like home. Let's finished this D!"


Well, *crosses fingers* this is the first show for the Cappes Mule, and we are hoping to get this breed noticed from this. Lets see if we can!
